In the heart of the Bergamo Orobie Alps, in the area of Valbondione, a steep walk through the woods leads to the hamlet of Maslana. Located in the Seriana Valley, it is the starting point for several hikes, one of which leads to the foot of the famous Serio Waterfalls. These falls give rise to the river of the same name, which originates here and flows across the Po Valley until it joins the larger Adda River.

Nel cuore delle Orobie Bergamasche, in località Valbondione, una ripida passeggiata nel bosco porta al borgo di Maslana. Situato nella val Seriana, è il punto di partenza di diverse passeggiate, una delle quali porta ai piedi delle famigerate cascate del Serio, che danno origine all’omonimo fiume che da qui nasce, ed attraversa la pianura padana fino a congiungersi col più grande fiume Adda.
